Our Process
A&G Facility Services utilizes truck mounted equipment, which cleans, sanitizes, and vacuums all in one swift pass. Our equipment is much more effective than pressure washing, which only moves & spreads around dirt, algae, etc. and can damage your tile & grout! Our system uses moderate pressure with water (heated to 230 degrees) and a vacuum system: This means NO moving parts and leaves NO damage to surfaces. The vacuum sucks the dirt, mold, algae out of the surface and grout while eliminating all bacteria and fungus.
